Soft wind returned my feet to heavy grass Up to my hip-bones, wading in ivy, brown and thirsty I stopped short before the sewer A large cavern where we used to sit and smoke-- twisted tendrils wrapped up in hair and bones For half a year, this is where I existed This is where I came to grieve in the only way I knew-- with the embrace of obscenities coughing and choking on reality, slipping and sliding from tangible life trespassing in another dimension where everything was color and breath Finally I wandered into the deepest winter Suffocated by chilly air and no hope for a fire wallowing in false agony I tried to kill it all

Lets pick roses, one by one Till the reds of spring are all but gone and the only sight is the bare green grass Flushed earth almost pink, like your cheeks Lets steal every star in the night Till Night is bereft of all light and the only sounds are the sobs of the Moon who has lost her babes to our hands Lets tear down the city wall by wall Till theres no place left for the spiders to crawl and the only smells are of rotten rubble decaying in concrete heaps

In our castle in the woods We are halo'd by raining leaves and so hallowed are we in smooth pools caressing cold tides, in and out like our waltz like our kiss like our laced fingertips and night fell with nocturne slumber blanketed over me by my celestial king how in the light he is the sun and in the black he is keeper of the sounds and each glassy key plummets down around me like countless pounding raindrops they lighten, then cease like the very soft dreams that keep me in night's sleeve always, always, dancing in and out

When the lights went out I finally went cold The world dipped from beneath me with a tip of a hat I fell into a smooth black Then the stinging came and the winds twisted their braids The sky fell cold like my insides A rotting cold, death valley and one drop of water I wanted to crawl, but what could I do? Finally!

Finally my first Untitled poem posted. I had to save it "to this temporary area" for it work. I hope everyone enjoys it. Going to school in an hour. I really hate migraines, and I'm afraid another might be coming on :(

Migraine, cat purring

So I'm sick at home today, completely wiped out from a migraine I had yesterday evening. Walked all the way to the gas station for cigarettes, probably didn't need to do when my body is running on empty. Ah, addiction. Yeah, I know I need to quit, so don't tell me. Smokers reaaaaally hate it when you tell them to quit. So mind your own business, everyone makes bad decisions at some point in their life. Like the other day...I was just standing on the corner smoking a cigarette and some 11 year old boy poked his head out of the window of his mom's speeding SUV and shouted, "Smoking is bad for you!" No...really? I had no idea. Don't know why
